March is Youth Art Month

At Insectropolis, we love bugs and we love art.   So we combined both and offered an art contest for children ages 5-12 to create original artwork inspired by bugs.  In 2010 we received 600 entries in our Bugging Artist Contest from over 20 schools in our area. Every one of them was BUGTASTIC!

Visit us during the month of March where all winning masterpieces (along with many honorable mentions) will be displayed in celebration of Youth Art Month.

Bugfest 2010 – Saturday June 12 10am – 3pm
