We’ve already hosted numerous school field trips ranging from pre-school all the way through high school –we simply adapt our tour according to our audience. We’d like to extend an invitation to your group to take advantage of all that we offer. Whether you have a group of 15 or 200, we’d love to customize your visit according to age, size of your group, and the time you have available. We have different options available besides our tours and touch presentations- such as including a short film or arranging a visit to our gift shop. Just ask us about what we can do to make sure that everyone has a “bugtastic” time! But please remember that we do not offer an eating area nor allow snacks, so plan to eat either at your own facility or at a local park or restaurant (we’d be happy to offer suggestions).
Please click here to fill out the Group Request Form, if you have any questions, would like to discuss options, or to schedule a group visit. Or stop by and see for yourself what the buzz is about.

The praying mantis will eat others of their own kind. The most famous example of this is the notorious mating behavior of the adult female, who sometimes eats her mate just after—or even during—mating. Yet this behavior seems not to deter males from reproduction.
